In compliance to the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and read with Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, Ministry of AYUSH (MOA) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under M/o Electronics & IT (MeitY) strives hard and uses reasonable security measures to safeguard and protect your data and information.

Y Break is an app based on Open Source technology stack.

MOA and NeGD (hereinafter referred to as "we" "our" "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the users ("you" "your" "yourself" "user") of Y Break application and has provided this privacy policy which outlines the practices regarding the collection, use and safeguard of your information through and the services offered thereupon.

Y Break is a Mobile application to promote Yoga Break at workplace. The application intends to create awareness and assists the users to Refresh, Refocus and Distress through the 5 Minutes YOGA Protocol at workplace. The application helps to do yoga in a right way for 5 Minutes, so that they will gain back the focus and energize themselves during stressful hours. This policy applies to the any and all information that is collected in connection with the download, installation and usage of Y Break. By using Y Break you signify your assent to this policy and consent to the processing of Your Information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not download, install and / or use the App. Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy:

II. What Data We Collect

In order to provide our services, we collect various unique identifiers pertaining to you. Personal Information is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, or other data that can be reasonably linked to such information by us, to associate with your profile with us.

• Data provided by You: When you use our app, you provide us with personal information that includes information pertaining to contact details including your contact number, e-mail address, name, gender, age, country and city.

We use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, and support our Services.

• Our Services: We understand how people use our Services, and analyze and use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities.
• No Third-Party Ads. We do not allow third-party banner ads on “Y Break”. We have no intention to introduce them either.

You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, we shall use your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, and support our Services.

V. Changes to this policy

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights as under this Policy without your explicit consent, unless required to. We always indicate the date that the last changes were published. If changes are significant, we will share more prominent notices, (including an e-mail notification) for any Privacy Policy change.

VI. Application of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by Ministry of AYUSH. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services that have separate Privacy Policies in place, and that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
